Problem

Why this calculator exists

Broker P&L screens usually stop at one account. Investors who moved brokers or split trades need one normalized view of cashflows, holdings and exits.

Workflow

How it works

  1. Upload one or more supported broker files or cleaned CSV/XLSX tradebooks
  2. Review mapping and normalized security identities
  3. Remove duplicate-looking trade rows deterministically
  4. Get combined XIRR, holdings, timeline and audit gaps

What you get

Tool output

  • Portfolio XIRR
  • Stock-wise XIRR
  • Current value
  • Gain/loss
  • Timeline
  • Ask JMI explanations

FAQ

Common questions

Can I calculate XIRR across multiple brokers?

Yes. The upload workflow accepts multiple files and normalizes supported or reviewed tradebook rows into one portfolio scorecard.

How are duplicate trades handled?

Duplicate-looking trade rows are removed during deterministic import so repeated worksheet rows do not inflate cashflows.

Should I include ISIN?

ISIN is optional but useful. It improves security identity matching and market-price lookup, especially for renamed securities or ETFs.
